You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any pending bonus-related restrictions) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
